If you are a parent coming as a chaperone ($12), you will need to send your money to school as well. Thank you!!
Upcoming Dates:

April 27- Last Tiger Pride Assembly
May 18- Field Day
May 24-Last Day of School (½ day of school)
What we are learning:
Leader in Me: Reviewing all 8 habits. I am impressed with this class every day. They do an excellent job implementing the habits into our routine at school.
Reading: We are focusing on Mo Willem books all week; making connections with his books, character traits, problem/solution and retelling (I LOVE his books, and I think the class does too!)
Sight Words: this, that
Handwriting: Students are learning to form lowercase letters correctly.
Math: Counting quantities 11-20 and counting forward from any of these numbers. We will have our math assessment on Friday.
Writing: We are finishing up our informational writing unit next week. Students have researched different topics such as a type of insect, wrote a title page, table of contents and 3 facts they learned about their topic. The class is doing fantastic with this writing unit!
